How to convince my dad to let me buy expensive cleats?

I want to buy some green Nike Mercurial Vapors SL. unfortunately my dad will not let me. They cost $200 dollars and I have the money in my hand but the problem is i need him to buy it on-line and I will pay him as soon as he buys it. But He's stupid when it comes to soccer (football). He thinks all cleats are the same. He wanted me to tryout in his baseball cleats.

I only have 1 pair of cleats and I've had them for 2 months but they suck. He wouldn't let me get nice cleats until after I made the team. So I had to buy some cheap $45 Total 90 SHOOT with my money. He doesn't know anything about cleats. I don't want him to buy my cleats because I have my own money but I don't have a credit card to buy it over the internet so I can pay him back right after he makes the transaction.

Tell him that only the best of the best players wear the cleats and that the boots would enhance your performance on the pitch.
