Which of these is a better running shoe?

Okay so I found these two shoes, and I'm not sure which one is better? One is more expensive but the RRP on one is higher than the other!

One shoe is £50 with a RRP of £70
The other is £39.13 with a RRP of £79.99

I weight 50Kg, and I do sprinting, no long distance! So which one should I go for? I'm not looking for specialised sprinting trainers because I'd use the trainers for other things. x

Hi! It is very important to choose the right running shoe. The wrong shoe can lead to serious injuries. But on th eother hand the perfect pair of shoes make running a pleasure.
But you have to ask someone at specialized running-store to look at the way you run and recommend which type of shoes you need.
You have to consider a number of factors:
you speed, your running tecnique, your weight and how long and often you run.
Eg. heavier runner needs more support, whereas a lightweight runner might find a minimal-shoe less clumsy and better.
It is also important to know if you pronate too much (which means that your feet tilt inwards before pushing off the ground). The slower you run, the longer you will pronate, and it can in any case lead to knee, calf, shin, foot, hip and back injuries.
If you run a lot you might want to consider buying two pairs of shoes: a lightweight pair for faster runs and a more supportive pair for long runs.
you do not have to buy the shoes from the specialized store, you can just find the same type of shoe as they recommend e.g. on the Internet.
